Beverley Perry

My name is Beverley Perry and I am an artist based in Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds. Art is my passion – I wake up thinking about it and I go to bed thinking about it.

My work is influenced by my strong love of nature and the world around me and shows expressions of warmth, colour, and personality. I love nothing more than being out in the open air, taking in my surroundings. I am often inspired by our beautiful countryside, our lovely little villages, or by the ever-changing sea. With seascapes, watching the fantastic changes in light across the sky and water, whilst children play on the sand, takes me back to when my son was small.

I combine the use of digital photography, sketching, a bit of imagination, and a wealth of artistic licence. I work in most mediums depending on the subject of my painting. This includes pencil, pastels, charcoal, oils, acrylic, and watercolours. As well as producing original pieces, I also do prints in different sizes and cards of my work.

So, whether you are looking for a piece of artwork to enhance your room, an image that reminds you of a special time in your life, a keepsake, a gift, or just to treat yourself, please get in touch. My work is available from my studio in Gloucester, from several exhibitions I take part in throughout the year, and also at two local shops.
